Rules for submitting conference presentations and poster presentations
The abstract, which is a brief summary of the presentation, contains the following elements:
- the title of the presentation,
- its type (poster, thematic presentation, symposium presentation),
- name(s) of the author(s),
a minimum 1.500, and a maximum 3.000 characters (including spaces) long text that is divided into paragraphs. Suggested units of the abstract (cf. review criteria): literature, purpose of the research, methods, major results, evaluation of the results, theoretical and practical relevance of the research. The abstract does not have to include the bibliographical reference list, but the references can be included within the text in the following manner: (last name, year), for an example (Kovács, 2012).
Rules for submitting symposia
The abstracts of presentations that form parts of any symposia must meet the same formal and qualitative requirements as the abstracts of poster presentations and conference presentations. The symposium presentations are submitted by the chair of the symposium. Besides this, the chair of the symposium submits the symposium abstract that has the following elements:
- information regarding the proposed opponent,
- a summary of the symposium (between 1.500-3.000 characters).
The abstracts must not include the name(s) of the author(s), name(s) of workplaces, research groups, or any other information that may prevent objective evaluation.
There is a separate box provided for indicating resources supporting the research when uploading the professional materials.
Participation fee
The conference participation fee includes participation in the professional and cultural programs, refreshments, sandwich lunches, as well as the reception on Thursday.
The fee (6.600 HUF/22 EUR) for the VIP Dinner on 9 November 2018 shall be paid on spot (Trófea Grill Restaurant, Király street 32.). The intention to participate in the VIP dinner must be indicated at the registration.
