Payment

The participant has the opportunity to transfer the participation fee to the Pro Psychologia Foundation’s bank account at a discount in the early bird period (until 31 August 2018), or at a full price no later than 15 October 2018.

When transferring the amount of the participation fee, the name and e-mail address used at the registration must be indicated in the comments box. In the absence of this information, the Foundation shall not be responsible for identifying the received amount.

After the confirmation of the application and after the payment of the service, we immediately take measures to issue and send an electronic invoice according to §17 and §43(2) of the Act on VAT (printed invoice is provided only upon request).

Prepayment request

For institutions, companies we are able to send a prepayment request if needed. You can claim the prepayment request by sending an e-mail to propszichologia@ppk.elte.hu

The Foundation will issue printed invoices only if it is indicated during the prepayment request.

Billing

The Foundation will issue an electronic invoice regarding the participation fee to the billing address provided by the applicant.

The Foundation is authorized to issue electronic invoices and to deliver these invoices by e-mail, which invoices are considered as original documents by the recipients.

The account holder is responsible for handling electronic invoices in accordance with the applicable local laws.

The Foundation will send the invoice to the provided e-mail address. Please fill out the box concerning billing, and provide the contact person’s name, e-mail address and phone number in case the Foundation finds it necessary to contact someone.

In case the box concerning the billing is not complete, we will not be able to accept your order!

Please indicate the billing name, address and e-mail address in a legible and accurate way!

The Foundation accepts complaints about the invoice within 8 days of the receipt of the invoice, accompanied by the reasons of complaint sent in an e-mail.

Modification and cancellation of invoices after the deadline is not possible.

The Foundation will not issue and send out invoices between 1 and 20 August 2018.

The application becomes final when the amount of the participation fee is transferred to the Foundation’s bank account before the event, but no later than 15 October 2018.
